Randy Lane / Pat Travers Band
www.randylane.us

Hailing from Florida, 3rd generation drummer Randy Lane began playing onstage at the tender age of six years old. Randy was brought up listening to the country greats, as well as the elite rock groups. Randy's grandfather taught him early how to properly play a 2-step, as well as shuffle's. Randy's father was instrumental in teaching him to play for the song and to "keep it simple".

In 2000 Randy Lane joined the band No Address. Randy and the band No Address signed with Atlantic records in 2002. In 2003, Randy and the band No Address entered the studio with producer John Kurzweg, (Creed, Puddle of Mudd).

In 2005, No Address hit the road in support to their release entitled "Time Doesn't Notice". The group's debut single shot up the Radio and Billboard charts, peaking at #12 on the Billboard Charts, and # 10 on the Active Rock Radio charts. With the group No Address, Randy toured nationally and internationally for over a year promoting their album. After over a year of non-stop touring No Address disbanded. Recently, Randy Lane has been recording with No Address’s lead singer Ben Lauren on his solo project.

In addition to working with Ben Lauren, Randy has quickly become a first call session player. In 2006 Randy Lane played on over 10 records for various independent and major label artists. Randy Lane has worked in studios from Florida to L.A.

In 2007, Randy Lane joined the Pat Travers Band. Currently they are touring the U.S, Canada, and Europe. Being a member of the Pat Travers Band, Randy Lane now joins an impressive list of drummers that have held the position.

Randy Lane proudly plays and endorses Ludwig Drums, Pro-Mark Drumsticks, Sabian Cymbals, and Aquarian Drumheads.
