Man! We sure listen to a bunch of different music! I have found that to be true of most if not all of the Travers' fans I have met over the years. Not that I'm claiming musical superiority or anything, just diversity! (ed. note - Travers' fans are superior to fans of other, lesser mortal musicians!)

(blinker, blinker) Left Turn! Has anyone heard the smoking Tesla version of Aerosmith's "Draw The Line"? Oh my gosh! Smoking and incredibly dead on! The singer already sounds Steven Tyler-ish, but on this song it is uncanny!

Ok, as long as we're talking about other bands, I saw a commerical on tv for I think it was for Volkswagen. I am most certain the song used was done by TREX. It sure sounds like them anyway. Has anyone seen this commerical and know if this is TREX and what the title of the song is and what disc it can be found on ??? My brother and I would appreciate any help anyone can lend.

Yesterday we were at the Ozzfest and it was a lovely day. Beautiful weather, about 18.000 people who had fun and great music. Not all bands, of course. Within Temptation was great, Slayer was no good, Tool was very Cool!!(singer was bodypainted, complete right half grey and left half shiny orange, only wearing underwear in the same colours, awesome!)and last but not least, OZZY! As alway's.....CRAZY!!!! He showed his butt only one time, had buckets with water and waterpistols, as usual, but alway's fun! We were on the edge of just not getting wet-read; getting wet of the water of OZZY-
But we were standing between the people who were really getting crazy, pushing everybody around, but we're still alive.LOL. Taking pictures was not so easy, just making lucky shots, I hope. Zakk Wylde was also wild!!
Then PTB's gigs are a little more relaxed, haha.

But they all ROCK!!!

Greetingzzz Andries and Wilma.

Hi Everyone,

CDs in the player

PT - School Of Hard Knocks
Judie Tzuke - Queen Secret Keeper
Stephen Fearing - That's How I Walk
Del Amitri - Twisted
Queen - Sheer Heart Attack.

It's a holiday in the UK today and tomorrow for the Queens Golden Jubilee (50 years on the throne). Tonight they're having a huge rock concert in the grounds of the Palace, that'll be broadcast all over the country. Ozzy and Tony Iommi are appearing, and the opening is Brian May...standing on the roof (!) of Buckingham Palace playing God Save The Queen on his guitar, like the end of A Night At The Opera. How cool is that! I'm going to go into town later to watch it in one of the parks. Clapton and McCartney are involved as well. Gill.

Crash and Burn

Well some see this life as nothing more than pain.
It's pay out this and line up here,
It's all just too insane.

And I feel the blues are coming down like rain.
My feelings are so complicated,
I wish I could explain.

Turn into words,
The way I feel.
I know I really need someone,
And I need something that's real.

But we can't stop this world from it's...
Crash and Burn.
Crash and Burn.

Lonliness becomes a way of life.
And you turn off your t.v. set,
To shut out all the strife.

But there are things that help you ease the pain,
You make that call, he guarantees,
To paralyze your brain.

Turn into a dream,
The way you feel.
You know it's really all you need,
To pretend that it's real.

But we can't stop this world from it's...
Crash and Burn.
It's Crash and Burn.

For those of you who don't know, the US football (soccer) team had a great win in the 2002 World Cup today, 3-2 against a much fancied Portugal team. Here's hoping for a similar scoreline when England takes on its old foe Argentina on Friday.
Not much in my CD player at the moment (too busy watching World Cup), but the following are sat on the substitutes bench itching for a run out:
1. Seconds Of Pleasure - Rockpile
2. Heaven Forbid - BOC
3. Road Cases - Foghat
4. Transcendental Blues - Steve Earle
5. Blues Tracks - PT (ready for impending defeat on Friday).

Thanks Chad, I remember having a album by them that burned. The only lyric I recall is "alcohol, alcohol I feel like I ain't drunk nuthin at all". I probably was in the seventh grade when it came out. I was already a loyal PTB fan after seeing him at the California Theater in San Diego. I was all of fifteen years old. Y&T, man, that brings back memories! When I was in high school, my friends & I used to fake our ID's with chalk & pencil (which of course, you can't do anymore on today's CA driver's licenses!), to get into our local rock club, the Keystone in Palo Alto. Yesterday & Today played there regularly, about once a month, and we used to see them all the time! Dave definitely did play a mean guitar!

I have those original 2 albums (Yesterday & Today, and Struck Down) on CD, which are very hard to find anymore. Just saw vinyl copies in a used record store recently, fully autographed, for about 3 bucks each! How things change...

Randal; I was at that Portland show- for Rainbow, it was the "Difficult to Cure", tour. It was my first live Pat Travers show !! The old Paramount was the best place for shows; in the early 70's, you could see Rush , Kansas, Rory Gallagher, T-Rex, Styx...(this is all pre-P.T.) for about $4.50 a show!! The P.T.-Rainbow was at the Memorial Col. In 1975 I saw Elf(Ronnie James Dio), Electric Light Orchestra, and Deep Purple; that may have been $10.00. See You, Big Ed

Hey Rockpig,

You mentioned you have a JB soundboard boot... I would love to get ahold of that bud. Let me know how fiftymkii@earthlink.net.

Rich,

I posted you a few minutes ago.

Yesterday, I purchased my ticket to the upcoming Rush concert in September...$35.50 for the second cheapest seats available - the highest was $75+! Only Rush is playing, no opener, etc. This is getting ridiculously out-of-hand. I spoke with one of the workers at the ampitheatre who said it is the band. She also went on to say that they are not selling as many tickets recently as they have been(though this concert was selling well), thinking the going prices for tickets for what some of these bands command is the culprit. At what point will they understand? Where is all of that money going? The public should be asking these and more questions. We are entitled to honest info and responses - most of us are not pulling in that kind of money. She told me that I did not even want to know what the Stones' tickets were going for...ouch! On top of that, consider all of the promotional gear some of these bands receive and use - "You'd be surprised at how many sellouts there are out there." As a musician, I have to compensate the company for their product at full cost, not wholesale or even get it free. Guess who gets to make up for the shipping, production and what not that goes into that gear - thanks a lot we are S & T ed! Not one piece of gear I own have I received for free. None. Furthermore, I do not sacrifice my principles for the best equipment and tone because I know the maker of the gear or anything along those lines. For example, I was recently sent a fuzz pedal by an upcoming boutique pedal-maker after receiving the first one of his which was DOA after playing through it for only 5 minutes due to the footswitches in it! The pedal-maker apologized, felt bad, said they would work with me and do anything to get an operable one back in my hands within a short period of time - he was genuinely concerned and wanted me to try it out so he could pick my brains. Within 4 days after we established where the first pedal was going to be returned to(dealer or maker), I had a new one in my hands even with enough postage to return the pedal if I did not like it. This was done free of cost to me and I have not yet paid for the pedal - trust. I have since decided that the pedal has a couple problems that need to be worked-out and it is not quite to my liking. I know I am going out on a limb and will probably cause some commotion and receive some heat for this but...I would rather see some of these bands just put out cd's and not tour if that's what it comes too. Will it force the cd producing companies to pay their artists accordingly by forcing the issue? Pure speculation. However, we all know better that it doesn't have to come to that if these bands come to their senses. If it wasn't as possibly being Rush's last tour, as has been suggested, I would not have even bothered...Ooops! I might have given bands an idea of how to raise their ticket prices epically. I do draw the line, we all(maybe not but most) have to at some point. What and who do these bands think they are?! Alright, my venting is over.
PTB fans can and should be thankful that PTB concerts are not rampant with escalating ticket prices for a good quality hard-driven concert. Thank you PT and band. PTB ROXX!

Hey Steve Z,

I too use to have a copy of that first two Y & T albums you mentioned though I cannot remember what happened to them, but they are certainly no longer in my possession. Any way I might be able to get ahold of them? Memories...I remember my first concert I ever saw at the then Mariott's Great America was Y & T. For myself, Joey Alves still lives on right up there as one of the best rhythm guitarist in the company of R.Schenker and such. Very effective, hard-driving rhythm guitar work that simply kept pushing the music and band forward stronger and faster. Now, when I hear of Y & T doing a reunited concert, like they did not too long ago here in town, I am reminded it really isn't nearly the same band without Alves as rhythm guitarist as much as I enjoy Dave's, at times, flaming fretboard work. Anyone know whatever happened with Alves?? Also, in those days, I use to work at the same grocery store Phil would shop. An ever fixing image in my head to see him and his wife (much shorter in comparison) drive their semi-beaten Jaguar to the store. Phil was always a rather quiet and subdued individual.

Stones tickets started at $55, then went to $150 and the high-end seats were $300 each -- from Ticketbastard!! IMAGINE what the scalpers will want and probably get . . .

I felt fine about charging $17 for PTB, but was told that some goons wouldn't pay more than $10 -- what ?? Pat kicks ass, and to me $17 is a good price. I don't know what the rest of his shows are going for, but for a show I think under $20 is a deal. Rush are greedy bastards, no matter how much we may like their music -- so are the Stones, Pink Floyd, etc ad nauseum. Like it wasn't enough that we made them famous and rich -- now they stick it to us if we actually want to SEE them! Time was that they played to sell albums!! What in the hell is the world coming to.

Ticket prices, yes, completely out of hand! It's easy to blame the bands, but it goes much deeper. There is so much money to be made, and everyone wants their piece of the pie, between promoters, agents, the venues themselves, ticketbastard, etc. It is a shame that bands don't take a stand and try to fight this, but I don't really blame them for not doing so. It would probably be so dis-heartening, as to suck the life out of any desire they ever had to tour again!

There are some great shows coming up that I am not going to see, because I just can't afford them all. As Rush is one of my all time favorites, I shelled out $300 (face value!) for a pair of 22nd row seats. Also got tix for Deep Purple/Scorpions, and Satriani/Dream Theater. But I passed on the Who, the Stones, Hagar/Roth, & Yes, all of which I would like to see.

Rand, your $17 PT gig was absolutely well worth it!

Cheers!

Looks like we've lost another great rock voice...James Dewar, the bass player and lead vocalist for all those early Robin Trower tunes passed away May 16th of pnuemonia complications. I thought the guy had a great bluesy voice. On another note, Robin Crosby, one of the guitarists for Ratt has also passed away due to AIDS complications. I personally didn't care much for Ratt, although I did like Warren DeMartini's guitar style. However, it always bums me when the rock world loses a talent.

Regarding the ticket prices. Yep, it sucks, but sometimes you can get a good price on Ebay, because some stupid scalper has bought tickets for a show from across the country hoping the show will sell out and he'll make big bucks. If the show doesn't sell out, they're desperate to sell! I've gotten good seat tickets to several high dollar shows at below value cost because of this tactic.

Hey Randall....You in the area this coming weekend? Blue Oyster Cult & Edgar Winter are in Toppenish, of all places! Thinking about going...

Alright... it is heartening to see that not only I hold those beliefs regarding ticket prices. Didn't Pearl Jam (do not personally care much for their music) attempt to tackle the ticket price issue, but from the convenience fee angle? Since Don Henley seems to speak on behalf of some of the artists with regards to bands being properly compensated and such from the record companies, can his thoughts also be directed at forming an alliance to keep these prices in check? It seems like everyone is more than willing to use the old capitalist motto - "if they are willing to pay for it then charge it." This all makes me wonder what Rush's real intentions were in going back on tour for, perhaps, a last time. Do they want a leisurely nesting egg to sit on or was it really for what they wanted to do for their fans?? Just a thought.

Don Henley is only interested in his well being. The "Hell Freezes Over" tour for The Eagles was one of the culprits for the skyrocketing ticket prices that we see these days. Pearl Jam probably hindered their careers while fighting high ticket prices, but their mediocre music after their debut album hurt them just as much. Sorry if I step on some toes with those comments-just my .02 worth.

Strat --

I'm up in the morning. Have to go before PA City Council for their final vote tomorrow night, then back to Seattle. I'm supposed to come back Friday morning, and had hoped to make a Vegas side-trip to see my buddies Dishwalla at House of Blues, but that doesn't look good. BOC on Friday, or Saturday? that could make a difference, maybe . . . Saw BOC at the Yakima Speedway with PT and Motorhead in '81, and Tom Petty at YVCC backing up J. Geils Band in about '77. Would you believe I haven't seen a single show at the Gorge??? (business travel sucks)

R

Blu -- the 19th is my b-day (AGAIN, and gREG's still 39), but I have no plans this time. I'll be around the 18th and 19th. My oldest son graduates on the 17th, so I'm booked that night. see ya

busy, busy, busy.... yep we saw B.O.C. Pretty darn good! Concert was cut in half by the lightning storm. Kinda cool they ended with "The Last Days of May" during a severe thunderstorm. I love that song, probably more than the rest. Anyway, if there is anyone left who wants a copy of that "Total Rock" show, let's wrap it up so I can move on with other things. I have dedicated one full day a week now to Pat. So look for things to start happening a LOT faster now. I still have all the materials that have been sent to us and we are still working on them. With more time now dedicated, it will be exciting to bring these projects to the fans. My two cents on concert prices..... RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on, how much money do you really need anyway? I only go to show that are reasonably priced (under $50.00 for great seats) AND I know for sure the show will be great. Needless to say, we don't see a lot of shows. We did see Creed for $48.00 a ticket for killer seats AND the show was perfect. $300.00 to see Rush?! NO F'ING WAY!! Maybe... just maybe in 1976 or 1977 at their prime... maybe. Absolutely not now. I'd rather see Aerosmith who have not puppied out, probably never will. Rolling Stones....? You would have to pay me, I can't stand them... period! Concert tickets were never really cheap to me, but this has gotten out of hand. That's okay though... I just stay home. What I have heard though is that the artists now are really only getting paid through the live shows and merchandising due to the internet and the widespread theft of their music. I do believe that is probably true. Oh well... boo hoo. Gee... I guess they might have to visit the real world once in a while. Just my two cents.... PTB ROXX!!!!!!!!!!! PERIOD!!!! ALWAYS HAS>>> ALWAYS WILL!!!!!

Interesting story...They played NYE at the Coach House here in SoCal a few years back and a windstorm blacked out the place during Dominance And Submission

Sorry to hear about James Dewar. One of Bert and mine's favorite bass player / singers. Our wedding song was 'Sweet Wine of Love' off of I forget which Robin Trower CD. (Shame on me). Anyway it is always sad to hear of the loss of a great artist, especially from natural causes. Though it is even sadder to hear of drug related losses (like Dee Dee Ramone). It's just such a waste. On a brighter note it is way better to see great artists (like PT) overcome their addictions and go on to produce the awesome music he still makes today. Where's that new CD???????????????? Hi to all the PTB family. We're way overdue for a PTB Fix........In the Northeast anytime soon? Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Richard,

That was the first thing I checked when Rockpig! told of us his death. Yes, James Dewar did the vocals on Bridge of Sighs. What a great song! And his vocals are perfect for Trower's guitar.

cdnow.com has a James Dewar and Jimmy Dewar listed as musicians on the same album. I will double check and post later to be sure. Is this a typo/editing mistake? I know Jimmy is a nickname for James, but this had me.

An interesting note is that James Dewar lent vocals on at least some of the BLT albums. Is there a "D" in BLT? Hmmmm...

Rockpig! is correct about another sad loss. I want them all to live forever.

Hey Hammerheads & Rock'n'Rollers everywhere! Checkout Hughes Turner Project, very very cool hard rock. It's almost what mark3&4 Deep Purple could sound like in 02. No kidding, you will love this work. It's a total shame that it was a German import though, what is wrong with the North American music industry? Listening to this disc, I think two things; what a huge talent Glenn Hughes is, He has had a string of excellent disc's in the 90's & beyond & Why can't I hear the new hard rock PT masterpiece yet.

I have thought about whether to post this being busy and all, but I cannot let this one go by. Today, I purchased a new cd at full price(alright, I recieved a Tower gift card for my birthday), something I have not done in quite some time except for the PTB cd's. I have read where others have recommended or loaded some modern rock bands' cd's in their player - I have found it quite surprising and interesting to see what PT fans on this website also enjoy listening to. Anyone who has followed my posts knows that I have never recommended any "new" rock cd's.
This time I have a recommendation of a fine, new, rock band cd... Doyle Bramhall II and Smokestack "Welcome"(2001). I have been listening to this cd since I purchased it this afternoon. This cd has very strong roots and influence in the 60's-70's rock scene - his father use to play with SRV and they grew up in the Austin area. Doyle's voice is almost a dead-on Ginger Baker from the Cream era, his playing elicits images of Jimi Hendrix and SRV heavily-influenced style in addition to their trademark tones...such soulful guitar playing and singing along those players' line that I have not heard for some time! Very classy material. Doyle may not be as technically precise or "far-out-there" as JH but the potential is certainly present and underlying throughout the cd without copying JH. Rick and Eric, if you are reading this, while I know PT prefers to listen to classical music on the side (which really taps into the creative side of our mind), this would be one that I think PT would really enjoy listening to. Be curious what PT would think of this one, hard to pass by. This is a cd worth purchasing if the above appeals to you.

Ed,
Could we get a resetting counter or a generic counter for those of us going to the No. Cal. PTB shows to post on the site? That might be asking for too much given everyone's busy schedule. Us No. Cal. PTB fans ARE counting down to those 3 nights in August... PTB will rock us!

Doyle Bramhall also played on the last Roger Waters tour. You can hear/see him on the live CD/DVD Is There Anybody Out There. He did a pretty good job with the Dave Gilmour leads, of course, adding a bit of his own style to them. Definitely some SRV influence to his playing. Haven't heard his solo CD, though.

Hey Shiva, Love the "welcome' cd, have had it for half a year or so. The song "green light girl" appears in the Sly Stone move "Driven". I was a big fan of THE "Arc Angels " cd released 10 years ago now. Arc Angels for those that have forgotten was Doyle Bramhill, Charlie Sexton & Tommy Shannon, Chris Layton former SRV band mates. Checkout Hughes/Turner the song "Heaven's missing an angel" a Hughes John Sykes song featuring Sykes on guitar is a must have.

Almost forgot that I saw The Arc Angels live on tour.It was pretty obvious that MR Bramhall was heavily medicated. In fact the tempo of the show would shift from chuggind along when Charlie Sexton was singing lead and in control, to the band slowing right down to a crawl when Bramhall was in control. I beleive that was the reason the tour finally fell apart and Doyle Bramhill checked into rehab.

Thanks for the info about the gigs page....

I'm aware of it...but there is nothing that I can do. We'll have to wait for MSN to complete whatever they are doing.

Ed,

Without the gigs page, is there any way that you can confirm that PT will be at Limestone, NY on 7/12 with Rick Derringer, Big Brother and the Holding Company, and Jefferson Starship? The rest of the acts have the date listed, I just want to confirm PT's going to be there before I trek down to Limestone.

Thanks!
Bill

It was a low-key birthday until I went out to the studio, missed a step and sliced my forehead on a cymbal stand. I feel like Allen Lanier in '75 at Stateline ID . . .

Hooked On PT...

I didn't know Limestone was that far up the turnpike...I'd be coming all the way from Philly.

Don't know if I'll be able to swing it...with that kinda of line-up, the play list is usually very short and sweet.

I'll keep you posted, Bro...thanx for the invite.

The "Frozen Four" is the NCAA college hockey championship. Very big, and very sold out. Next year it's in Buffalo. Tickets are by lottery and there were twice as many requests as seats.

Ed,
Thank you for letting me in. Great site! PT & VOC will be performing in Tokyo on July, 31. I can't wait to see him! All the shows in Japan are not confirmed yet. Ed, do you have any information of the VOC/Japan Tour?

Hooked On PT,
I have difficulty in emailing you now. Is your email address working? If you are going to go to Limestone, I hope you enjoy a PT show.

Ginbel,
Thank you for the total rock show CD. I've been hooked on EZY Rider. I was wondering if PT brings his CDs and DVD when he's in Japan. It all depends on the VCR?

do you remember in spinal tap when they get to a show and on the marquee it says "PUPPET SHOW and spinal tap"? please don't confuse the analogy, thinking i'm comparing pat travers to spinal tap. i certainly am not. the situation this past weekend, however, was quite comical.
i finally got to see pat travers this past saturday night after 24 years of being a rabid fan. being in the radio business, i've gotten to see, meet and interview some of my guitar heroes over the years, (steve howe, brian may, steve vai, joe satriani, yngwie, eric johnson, david gilmour, kim mitchell, etc.) and pat travers now can be added to my gallery of greats. i have interviewed pat a couple of times in the the past couple of decades by phone for various radio specials, but have never had an opportunity to see him until now. pat's tone, craftmanship, style, voice, and full-circle musicianship still tower above the masses. due to the show promotor's lack of knowledge and or taste, pat was sandwiched between (and i kid you not) a band called "badd dawg" who, bless their hearts, didn't belong in my garage, much less sharing the bill with pat travers; and "the georgia satellites" minus lead singer (and let's face it, the only reason you'd even want to see the satellites) dan baird. at one point, one of the people in "bad dawg", (i won't even call him a guitarist) couldn't get his guitar in tune and had to have help from the other person holding another guitar. (i can't call him a guitarist, either) i was looking for artie fufkin. in a probably 3500 seat arena, there were maybe 50 people there. we all would have been better off to see pat by himself in a nice club with a more reasonable ticket price. $28.50! i'd have gladly paid double that not to have sat through the other embarrassing bands. i kid you not, there were 2 (count'em two) people left in the audience after pat played.
and did pat play! pat travers came out and completely annhilated the place. pat gave it his all. that, my friends, is professionalism. no primadonna ego, just good old-fashioned talent. the only acknowledgmement pat made about the fiasco was very tactful. when he introduced the tune "the pain", he dedicated it to "janelle", which happened to be the promoter's first name.
what a gentleman. nobody in the audience would have known, except her...
thanks pat. it was worth the wait. you rock.

Yes, thanks, Rich! I got my Black Pearl Live CD too. I remember seeing this tour at the Fox Theater, in San Diego, from the 3rd row, right in front of Pat. He was really on that night, and did an extra encore of It Makes No Difference.

Joey Jelf also played rhythm guitar, although I haven't listened to the CD close enough to tell if you can hear him.

I never understood why that album wasn't a bigger success...

from the AP wire:

The Who Bassist John Entwistle Dies

By KEN RITTER
Associated Press Writer

LAS VEGAS (AP) — John Entwistle, the bassist for the rock band The Who, was found dead Thursday in his hotel room, according to officials with MCA Records officials and the Clark County Coroner's Office.

Entwistle, 57, stood out because he played without emotion, a stark contrast to the antics of lead guitarist Pete Townshend and lead singer Roger Daltrey.

Entwistle died of a heart attack — ``nothing suspicious,'' Clark County fire spokesman Bob Leinbach said.

Robert Rosenberg, manager of The Who, said he was ``saddened and shocked'' by news of Entwistle's death. The group was about to start a U.S. tour on Friday.

The group, which was founded in the early 1960s and part of the British rock invasion, were the voice of a new breed. Their concerts were literally explosive — a fusion of audacious acrobatics, martial precision and high octane rock 'n' roll that blew away audiences and left the stage and their instruments a smoldering wreck.

From Reuters:

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - John Entwistle, the bass player for veteran British rock band The Who, died in Las Vegas on Thursday at age 57, just one day before the group was set to begin a North American tour in the city, the Clark County Coroner said.

Entwistle, a bearded, taciturn type affectionately known as "Ox," died at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, said coroner Ron Flud. An investigation was under way into the cause of death, he added.

The Who, known for such hits as "My Generation," "Pinball Wizard" and "Won't Get Fooled Again," were scheduled to begin their three-month tour in a small club at the hotel.

With Entwistle's death, The Who are down to just two original members, singer Roger Daltrey and guitarist/songwriter Pete Townshend. Original drummer Keith Moon died of an accidental pill overdose in 1978.

In addition to playing bass, Entwistle helped out on backing vocals. His songwriting contributions to The Who were sporadic, mostly limited to a few album tracks and B-sides.

He released a half-dozen solo albums.

Entwistle, who was born in the London suburb of Chiswick on Oct. 9, 1944, joined Daltrey in a forerunner of The Who in the early 1960s while working as a tax clerk. The band ultimately took shape in 1964 and made an immediate impression with its "Mod" stylings and its expensive habit of trashing all its stage equipment after each set.

I just got an E-mail from Rick Navarro. He told me that the July 5th gig in Daytona has been postponed until September. He did say that Eric, Rick Derringer, and he, as well as 7th Fold, would be working on July 4th. Rick also mentioned that there was a PTB gig on July 11th at the Hard Rock Motel. I e-mailed him back and asked him for a few more details, like at which venue on the 4th, and which city on the 11th. Hey, If ya ever get the chance to catch the Tinsley Ellis band, do it! They're a great rockin'/blues band. Go to www.tinsleyellis.com for their gig schedule. I saw them last weekend for the 3rd time this year and they blew me away again!!

John Entwistle was a great one! I spent many, many hours, back in the days of my youth, listening to the "Who".
