I don't know, dwraff, I think it's "Heat in the Street".

Just tryin' to play it in my head (I'm at work) and the cadence just doesn't seem to fit my memory's version Gettin Betta.

Of course, I'm reaching the age where my memory's version of a lot things are a bit off!

Yeah, I'm definitely pretty sure it might be "Heat..."

Yeah you are correct Hooked....congrats!
What was I thinking..I had one to many holiday "wobbly pops" when I tried to answer that one. Ha! I'm actually slightly embarrassed I missed that one.

If you look at message #2226 on Cindy's site, I'm still in the lead & I think Bluman owes me prize. lol

Your turn Hooked.

PTBROXX!!!

Ok...try this one on (think it's close to right, again, I'm at work so...)

"gotta take a long vacation
to another state or town
or my new home will be
6 feet underground"

And what's a "wobbly pop"? Oops..that's a different game. Well, glad you survived them! LOL

And whatever happend to Bluman? Haven't seen a post from him here in a long time.

Hmmmm...I'm outta town right now & this game sure gets tougher without relying on my PT discs.
My guess is "Walk In My Shoes" from Halfway to Somewhere.

That sounds like Killers Instinct to me. This is cool, I'm learning a lot of lines that I've been wrong about for years.

Here's one: "I found a lady, three years ago back in London town, she knew just what to say, how to move and how to sway to please me."
