Odd. PT comments 'make some noise we are being recorded' at the Queen Mary College show, London, Sept. 29, 1977, as well.

I have QMC show, an original BBC radio show disc (w/Lonestar from '77) and as a Ginbel release, which shows evidence of an mp3 heritage. It is not the complete show, only what was aired by the BBC in 2001.

I can't help you with 1977, but I have some mid 80 concerts lined up with Pat Thrall on guitar along with Pat Travers. Radio broadcast good quality. I will be posting them on my own band site at www.myspace.com/the7thseaband
I also saw him solo in Vero Beach Florida at Capt. Hirams, have that footage too and many pics. Pats a down to earth guy. Peace Joe {Rockhead} Aguirre and Pamtanna {sailfishoney}

has not been released as far as I know.

I wish more of the "good" archived stuff would get released. Being that he was on a major label (Polydor) for 10 years, you know a lot of his live stuff was recorded. There are some good official ones floating around (King Biscuit 1984, BBC Radio 1 1980 & 1977, Live In London 1976, Black Pearl Live @ DC Wax Museum for BBC Rock Hour 1982)

Hi Everyone,
I know this is a long shot,but can all you knowledgeble PT fans out there help me with something that has had me stroking my chin for nearly 30 years.
Way back in Sept 1977 i first saw Pat at the Town Hall,Birmingham.U.K (cant remember exact date as i no longer have the ticket stub)and it was a fantastic show.
Nothing unusual there you might think.BUT i clearly remember him saying to" make a lot of noise tonight as the show was being recorded".
Of course being the young idiot i was,i certainly did
Now as far as i know there has been no official release of this show,so my question is does it exist? Has part or all of the show come out as a bootleg,has PT got it lying in the bottom of a box in a dusty corner of his garage,or has it gone forever.
I was just curious to know what happened to it,as i would love to hear that show again.
Thanks for your time.
