Who is singing the lead vocal on the track "Superstitious"? Doesn't sound like either Pat or Carmine to me. |

ALOHA FROM HAWAII ,,I HAVE GOTTEN MY NEW DVD AND CD THIS WEEK ,NO COMPLAINTS HERE,,I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THE DVD,,BOY IS IT GREAT TO FINALLY HAVE CONCERTS ON PT.AND EVEN WITH CARMINE APPICE,,IT WAS A FLUKE THAT RICK DERRINGER COULDNT MAKE IT..PAT AND CARMINE FLOW TOGETHER GREATLY. BAZOOKA IS A GREAT 2ND ALBUM TO IT TAKES BALLS. WHO CARES IF THERE ARE A FEW PAT TRAVERS OLDIES,,IT ONLY MAKES IT BETTER HAVING PAT CONFIRM HIS LOVE FOR HIS MATERIAL. THOSE WHO COMPLAIN ARE SILLY AND NOT UNDERSTANDING TOO MUCH. HOUSE OF BLUES ROCKS AND WHEN YOU CANT WATCH IT ,,,YOU CAN LISTEN TO THE SOUNDTRACK.PAT HAS GIVEN US A FULL PLATE FOR THANKSGIVING ,THANKS PT FROM YOUR HAMMERHEAD IN HAWAII, YOURE THE MAN. |

Hi - my copy of Bazooka turned up today! I like it, but haveta say I can't find the same enthusiasm for it, with it having so many covers & retakes on it. I feel much the same as I do about Pat's covers and blues albums - great to have as a kind of 'bonus' but not a REAL PT (or TNA!) album. Don't get me wrong - it's good, and entertaining, but I'd kinda rather they (or ideally PT on his own) took time to build another 'proper' album. love TC |

Got me big package of PT & Appice yesterday from CD Universe!!! It only took 3 days. Bazooka CD: Awesome stuff here upon 1st listen. Live At the House Of Blues CD: Also very good Live At The House Of Blues DVD Better than CD, the DVD rocks harder with the addition of video. Get yer Travers while you can as this stuff has a habit of disappearing quickly. These sure are good times for PT ( & Carmine Appice) fans. Rock on........ |

Bazooka Rocks! Killer versions of Superstitious and Evil with ten other tracks. I like the Live CD/DVD the best then the First Studio CD but hopefully they will get a chance to do a few USA shows to promote the new CD? Keep Rockin, Timmy Oz |

Does anyone know when the Travers/Appice DVD will be released and available in stores. It was recorded along with the Live at the Huse of Blues cd? PTB Stalker, the pictures I mailed to you (California shows), came back to me, as an undeliverable address. You can e-mail me at JamesK@Basiccommodities.com I have have your phone number. When I get through the Labor day weekend here at the Tahitian Resort I'll try and call you. Sorry it has taken so long to get the pictures to you. Got some killer pictures from the Fairfield gig. Maybe one hundred people were there. I love the small indoor shows. Jim K Mad Bch, FL |

I agree, Get the CD, "Takes Alot Of Balls". Just the cover alone is a taste of what's inside. A women holding onto two men, as if by the balls? "ART" A few songs do take getting use to. Just shows Pat's growing as an artist. That's a good thing! At least two are beyond creative/talented. "Can't Escape The Fire", (My interpretation) a synergy of blues and Moracan? LOVE IT!! Thank you Pat and associates, for that amazing number. And for the lustfull and gritty "Gotta Have Ya"! And can't forget. Never Saw It Comin'. This really is a Kickin CD A must have! Can't wait till Pat's in this part of the globe, Midwest. And hope he plays new numbers.Take care all you Pat junkies. ANd get that CD!!! |

Hey Guys, here is the latest news as posted on Melodickrock.com: New CD Travers & Appice Live At The House Of Blues (Escapi Music). Release date Europe/North America July 12. Live At The House Of Blues, highlights the songwriting and Performing skills of three of the most exceptional musicians in Rock and Pop during the last 30 years. Legendary drummer Carmine Appice, whose biography reads like a "who's who" of Rock music, has played and sold millions of records with Rod Stewart, Vanilla Fudge, King Kobra, Blue Murder, Ted Nugent, Ozzy Osbourne and Jeff Beck, just to name a few. Vocalist and guitar hero Pat Travers, whose 1979 album Go For What You Know led to an immense increase of his fan base, is considered an all-time classic and a "must-have" for any guitar fan. Last but not least, T.M. Stevens, with his ferocious, yet melodic, style of bass playing that is as unique as his larger than life persona, has been Involved with various superstars, artists such as Joe Cocker, Tina Turner, James Brown, Billy Joel and Steve Vai. Recorded at The House Of Blues, Myrtle Beach, USA in September of last year, the end result is timeless and powerful Blues Rock that highlights not only the technical competence of each individual musician but also their exquisite songwriting. Can't wait for July to get here with this release! I saw the guys at a warmup show for the DVD/CD shoot and they ROCKED! Peace, Timmy Oz http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/travers_and_appice_band/ |

Travers & Appice "It Takes A Lot Of Balls" is a definite must have for any Travers fan. Growing on me like a fine wine (okay, beer really). Another one Santa brought me is Schenker-Pattison Summit "The Endless Jam". Another must have for fans of Schenker and/or Davey Pattison. |

EXCELLENT CHOICE -PAT TRAVERS AND CARMEN APPICE IS A BREATH OF FRESH ROCK AND ROLL THE SAME WAY IT WAS WHEN BECK ,BOGART AND APPICE CAME OUT , PAT CAN SURROUND HIMSELF WITH THE BEST JUST LIKE MICHAEL SCHENKER, BOTH HAVING HAD AYNSLEY DUNBAR, PT'S NEW ALBUM HAS PAT SINGING ON SOME SONGS AND HIS VOICE IS LIKE AN OLE FRIEND JUST WAITIN TO TELL YOU LIFE'S LONG LOST SECRETS. SOMETHING ABOUT PAT JUST CLICKS RIGHT NO MATTER WHO HE PLAYS WITH ,IT TAKES A LOT OF BALLS ,NOT TO PUT OUT THIS ALBUM IT DIDN'T ,IT TOOK A LOT OF TALENT AND ITS ALL THERE ,PLAYING OVER AND OVER !!!THANKS FOR ANOTHER GREAT LISTEN ,PT'S BIGGEST FAN IN HAWAII .TL |
